Train crashes into a truck
Driver of the truck thinks he can outrun a fast moving train. He forgets it's rush hour and other cars can not move quickly away to give him space. He does not manage to clear the tracks and the train crashes into the truck causing domino effect.
No one was seriously hurt. He learned a lesson that only a superman is more powerful than a locomotive.

Truck Collides with a Mercedes Benz in a Tunnel
Both truck and a Mercedes go for the middle lane. No one thinks the other is doing the same. Suddenly truck crashes into the Benz making it drag in front of of the truck.
Driver of the Mercedes is the luckiest driver in Australia. No doubt satisfied with his choice of car.

German V2 Rocket Launch Failures
The V2 had numerous glitches that needed fixing before going into mass production.
The Tomahawk
The BGM-109 Tomahawk is a submarine or ship-launched cruise missile. After launch, a solid propellant burns for 12 seconds clearing the launch area. The missile then deploys fins and small wings, and engages a small turbofan engine takes over for the cruise portion of flight. Radar detection is difficult because of the missile's small radar and visual cross-section, low altitude flight, small heat signature and high speed (650mph).
